Check Customer Account
Ask the customer for their Friends of Merlo membership details or phone number.

Access POS System
Navigate to the Rewards section in your POS terminal.

Enter Member Details
Input the customer's phone number or scan their FOM membership barcode.

View Bean Dollar Balance
The system will display their current Bean Dollar balance.

Apply Discount
Select the amount of Bean Dollars to redeem (minimum $5). The discount will be applied to their total.

Complete Transaction
Process the remaining balance using their preferred payment method.
