Enter their details into the POS system to access their FOM account.

Review their current points balance and any available rewards or free items.

If they have a reward available, select it to apply to their current purchase.

Add Points to Purchase
Ensure their purchase is linked to their account so they earn points for this transaction.

Confirm Balance
Let the customer know their updated points balance and when their next reward will be available.
