Receive Gift Card
Ask the customer to present their Merlo Coffee gift card (physical or digital).

Select Payment Method
In your POS system, choose Gift Card as the payment method.

Scan or Enter Code
Scan the barcode on the physical card, or manually enter the gift card number from a digital card.

Check Balance
The system will display the current balance available on the gift card.

Apply to Purchase
Confirm the redemption amount. If the balance is insufficient, prompt for an additional payment method.

Provide Receipt
Give the customer their receipt showing the remaining gift card balance.
